At Another Level Support we are committed to providing a service to parents, for them to access low-cost Complaints Consultancy, Subject Access & Data Rectification support and Advocacy support.
We offer fair pricing to help get your concerns formatted for submission to official channels, from a Local Level complaint through escalation to National level complaint procedure, such as Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman or Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman.
We are also available to provide information sessions online and in person (charges may apply - however we will provide free webinars)

We can support any SEND Families in England who requires our services, through remote working and virtual meeting attendance, however if you would like us to attend in person, travel/accommodation costs will be charged.
Join our information webinars to help provide you with guiding principles for navigating the SEND system, gaining accountability and accessing your data.
Our webinars are low cost and will allow you discounted access to our services!
